Gobble

Among the collections that my family has foisted on me over the years, the one that has had the least accumulation but the most staying power is the salt and pepper shakers.  Since I try to season everything as I cook, I’m rarely actually using them, but it’s nice to see something other than the standard shaker and grinder on the table.  So far, this collection numbers only four: two sets of turkeys, one set of snowmen and a pair of angelfish.  My turkeys though are much more this

than this.  While freshly dead turkey dinner is okay with me, something about molds made from freshly dead turkeys, not so much.
